Q. How to purchase from the website?

To order your purchase :-

1. Click “How To Order” button on the page tabs above.
2. Fill the order form and click "Submit Form".
3. After you email your order form to us, we will soonest reply it to you. Just in case you are not receive any confirmation email from us in 24 hours, kindly text us through our
   
    Official Preternatural Touch contact number.
4. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Other ways to purchase you can reach us at our Facebook Page  for the items that you intend to buy.

Q : How to fill the order form at "Order" part?

If you want to order your budget hamper / doorgift packaging for Birthday, Aqiqah, Wedding and so on, fill the form like this. (1st one)

If you want to order any other available items fill your form like second one of the order and just put "-" at first column of order form.

"RED POINT" , mention the size if there is an info about size at product description.

For doorgift , we will contact you back to ensure that our plan meet your budget. So we will contact you through email , text  sms  or facebook.

Q. What payment methods are available?

Preternatural Touch  offers various kind of payment methods as shown below :-

1. Credit Card or Debit Card (Master Card/Visa) 

Your credit card billing will appear "NetBuilderEC" by MOLPay Sdn Bhd. This is a secure credit card service provider that provides online payment gateway and Bank Negara Malaysia has appointed MOLPay as its non-bank acquirer for its Financial Process Exchange (FPX) service for online merchants.

** For Debit Card transaction to be successful, customer must have enough credit in their bank account.

2. Bank Transfer online or ATM Machine / Cash Deposit Machine / Cheque (please provide proof of slip)
 

We will attach our account detail after we got your order form or confirm with your order.

or

InterBank GIRO transfer IBG (ex: from CIMB to Maybank, Bank Islam to CIMB, etc). Please provide proof of payment in the email. So that we can process your order immediately.

or

ATM transfer (for ATM transfer, we will refund back the balance to you. Do not worry).

After you have made the payment, please send us your payment details immediately!

Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation.

Q : What we as a member can get if we sign up as a member ? And how?

1. Be one of our member and be one of our followers too. You can also LIKE our Facebook Page to get immediate infos.

2. We will inform publicly to our precious members about our GIVEAWAY , CLEARANCE SALE , YEAR END SALE  and also DISCOUNT for our product. Members will get special priority to reserve the items.

3. We will give you a voucher worth several amount for you to redeem it in a period of time that will mention on the coupon.

4. Members also will get voucher on their birthday! So they can use that voucher within their birth month to buy any product. So the price will be deduct from the amount of their voucher.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status / we not confirm it yet.

• Please send an email to our official email at preternaturaltouch@hotmail.com with the message title “Request to Cancel Order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
•  If the order is 60% on progress the order will not be canceled.
• Only 5% from your total deposit will be refund if we already prepare your product but not yet start to deco it.

• Orders that are still in shipping (with courier) or shipped WILL NOT BE CANCELED. 

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

Delivery usually will takes about 1 to 2 working days. 

Q. Will you give tracking number of delivery for us?

Yes, but due to a few report that we got.. we will give your tracking number privately via 

email /facebook inbox/text sms.
