All delivered items will have a tracking code from post laju. You can track your parcel from
http://www.pos.com.my/ or you can call 1-300-300-300 directly if you still have not
received your parcel according to the estimated arrival dates above.
We do not blacklisted backout buyers. Although we do not encourage back out buyers,
we do understand that due to budget constraint or change of mind,
Backout buyers do exist and in business we practices the slogan "customers is always right".
Cash refund of RM50 and lower will be placed as cash inside your delivery parcel.
However, if you have made payment whereby there is a refund of more than RM50 to be
expected, kindly email your account number and details for us to arrange your refund.
